A Climate of Anti-White Hatred Led to the Shooting of Steve Scalise
The Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee, Dante Atkins (Press Secretary for Congressman John Garamendi (D-Calif.)), Daily Beast editors, then CNN Contributor Donna Brazile and George Soros’ minion Zack Kopplin built up a climate of hate against House Majority Whip Steve Scalise (R-La.). They employed smears of enemy-combatant “Nazism” and KKK affiliation— which contributed to the mind-set of the mass shooter who left the congressman critically injured on Wednesday, according to a review of the libelers’ social media activity.
Scalise attacker James Hodgkinson—whom Capitol Police killed in an Alexandria, Virginia Wednesday morning shootout—posted a Jan. 2015 comic from Universal UClick syndicated cartoonist Stuart Carlson that likened a group Scalise addressed in 2002, the European-American Unity and Rights Organization (EURO), to the Ku Klux Klan. Carlson portrayed the ethnic affinity group EURO as wearing Klan hoods.
In December 2014, when the story of the speech broke, the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee (DCCC) released a statement smearing Rep. Scalise as “cheerleading a group of KKK members and neo-Nazis at a white supremacist rally.”

Around that same time when the story of Scalise’s 2002 speech to EURO broke, Garamendi Press Secretary, Dante Atkins, said Scalise embodied every part of the lynching and terror of the Ku Klux Klan minus “the burning crosses.”
#Scalise: all of the KKK's signature policies, just without the burning crosses.
