A Freeman in Court - Judge Bows to Sovereign in Canada

From Description:
The key is simply know who you are, stay in honour and stand your ground peacefully. I was in "court" because I parked mine or my wife's conveyance on my Sovereign land (i.e.) lawn. No ticket, straight to a court summons issued on a fictitious entity. On and for the record this file was filled with goodies and they waited until the entire case docket was done before they called a name that sounded familiar as in an account that I am administer for. Unfortunately for the court, there were over 20 people there in support of me and most of them were Sovereigns as well...Included in the room were 3 other Peace Officers from WFS and myself, a sworn to the people Peace Officer and duly witnessed and Notarized as such....Hope this is helpful...Case dismissed with cause and prejudice, note the judge bowing before he abandoned the court. This video was recorded in Common Law jurisdiction and authorized by myself as such. Copyright September 1st, 2010 Keith of the Thompson Clan, All rights reserved.

No charges coming over Guelph court videotaping
From: guelphmercury.com

City police have decided against laying charges over a recent incident where a city man’s appearance in provincial offences court came to be video-recorded and later posted on YouTube.

On Sept. 1, Guelph resident Keith Thompson appeared in the court in Guelph’s old city hall building over a ticket issued for having a car parked on his front lawn.

One of several supporters who attended with him filmed the proceedings. Later that day, the nearly five-minute video was posted on YouTube by user keiththompsonmusic.

The clip showed the justice of the peace calling for a recess in Thompson’s case — and Thompson leaving the court.

Guelph Police spokesperson Sgt. Doug Pflug said police consulted with the local Crown attorney’s office and determined no charges would result from investigation of the incident.

“Officers do have the discretion,” he said, adding he wasn’t aware of what was considered in arriving at that decision.

Ministry of Attorney General spokesperson Kristen Rose wrote in an email the ministry couldn’t comment on matters investigated by police. However, she stated the Courts of Justice Act requires the permission of the presiding justice for any filming to take place.

The act also states that anyone who does so can face up to a $25,000 fine or up to six months in jail.

“The Crown is always available to offer advice when requested by police, and considers each case carefully based on its own set of facts and circumstances,” she wrote. “Ultimately, police have sole jurisdiction to investigate allegations and determine whether or not to lay charges.”

The court YouTube video posted by user keiththompsonmusic appears to have been removed from the website — although other copies of the video remain on the site. They were uploaded by users offering other user names. Pflug said he wasn’t certain whether the keiththompsonmusic video was removed due to a request by police.

Thompson failed to make an appearance in court on Sept. 30, the date to which his matter was adjourned on Sept. 1. A trial proceeded in his absence and he was found guilty of two offences of illegally parking a car outside a driveway or a legal off-street parking area.

He was ordered to pay a $260 fine within 15 days.

In an interview, following his Sept. 1 court appearance, Thompson has said that he believes as a “freeman on the land,” laws don’t apply to him.

A freeman on the land is someone who lawfully refuses giving consent to be governed and believes no statute or act of government applies.
