An Alt-Right Defense of the U.S. Constitution
An unfortunately common disparagement of Alt-Right activists is that the United States Constitution has failed our people and that “cuckservatives” are hopelessly moronic for worshiping the “failed document.”
I disagree, for it is not the Constitution which has let down “ourselves and our Posterity,” but rather, our politicians and the (((special interests))) they support.
Judge Billings Learned Hand (January 27, 1872 – August 18, 1961) is recognized as one of the most quoted trial court judges in American legal history, and a quote from him is applicable to this short essay: “Liberty lies in the hearts of men and women; when it dies there, no constitution, no law, no court can save it; no constitution, no law, no court can even do much to help it.”
Badmouthing the Constitution—an inherently European-inspired legal document—and blaming it for the contemporary plight of the United States is as asinine as one postulating that had the document been drafted differently, the United States would instead be today Richard Spencer’s White ethno-state. Even had the Constitution contained William Johnson’s Pace Amendment, the document would not have brought about the result desired by Pepe’s Kek-worshipping legions.
When the Constitution is properly understood, it recognizes—if not codifies, from a legal positivist perspective—rights that exist per the Western Legal Tradition. It is precisely because of the Constitution that free speech is revered and private ownership of weapons is honored in the United States. However, liberals treat the Constitution like an accordion and stretch it out to encompass subject matter that it does not—such as homosexual rights, pornography consumption, and abortion—, while they constrict it to not include things that it certainly does—such as free association and free speech, the sanctity of contracts and property, and the right to keep and bear arms.
Despite what liberals would have us believe, the Constitution is not a color-blind suicide pact; the United States government acts in accordance with the Constitution when it protects its citizens from foreign elements.
The Supreme Court of the United States currently has as justices Samuel Alito, John Roberts, Clarence Thomas, Anthony Kennedy, Sonia Sotomayor, Ruth Bader Ginsburg, Stephen Breyer, and Elena Kagan. I will leave it to a different legal scholar to analyze the correlation between SCOTUS’ undermining of the Western Legal Tradition with its ethnic makeup. Needless to say, the late Sam Francis was correct when he astutely observed, “The civilization that we as whites created in Europe and America could not have developed apart from the genetic endowments of the creating people, nor is there any reason to believe that the civilization can be successfully transmitted to a different people.”
As jurists become less Anglo-Saxon and more of (((something else))), our legal rights and obligations will change—as will that which is forbidden or encouraged by the law.
Neither the Constitution nor the Founding Fathers failed our forefathers, us, or our progeny. In fact, it is quite clear that the American colonists who gave birth to the United States—as well as Americans up through the early 1960s—would be aghast at what our country has become. Any cuckservative who suffers the ludicrous opinion that the Americans of yesteryear were radical egalitarians has clearly never read the Declaration of Independence—which describes the native inhabitants as “the merciless Indian Savages”—or is even vaguely familiar with what Abraham Lincoln wanted to do with slaves (“[M]y first impulse would be to free all the slaves, and send them to Liberia[.]”). Had John Wilkes Booth not assassinated Lincoln, Lincoln might be known today as “The Great Deporter” instead of “The Great Emancipator.”
American jurisprudence is a reflection of the people who inhabit its land. Faulting the Constitution for mass immigration, anti-White “civil rights” laws, and societal degeneracy makes about as much sense as attributing blame to other artifacts of Western civilization—such as language, architecture, technology, and artwork. The Constitution—which is a manifestation of the West and thousands of years of our Western Legal Tradition, originating with the Germanic-Norse influenced common law of Britain—should not be targeted for abuse by the Alt-Right.
It's the Current Year, and our nations—and our legal traditions—must be reclaimed for the sake of our people. An attack on our laws is an attack on our people and our legal heritage.
