Baltimore Police Commander: "We were ordered to let them loot"

The mayor of Baltimore only admitted to ordering police to stand down and allow people to riot. She admitted this at a televised press conference. After receiving bad press, the mayor has been claiming her words were taken out of context.
However a senior police official told Fox News that Baltimore Mayor Stephanie Rawlings-Blake told them "let them loot, it's only property."
Americans have been shocked by footage of Baltimore riot police actually fleeing from a mob of rock throwers. Dozens of police vehicles were vandalized and/or set on fire.
