Stockholm braced for further rioting by young immigrants

Main article from FT.com follows below this comment:

Well, all of this is hardly unexpected, since there now is pretty much annual riots in Sweden. Disgruntled immigrants who are burning cars, schools and other buildings is now turning into the norm in Sweden ...as it seems to be throughout the rest of Europe. Stones are flying and you can smell the violence in the air.

The government subsidized papers and TV reports on "youths" being the culprits. No other distinction is allowed to be made in one of the ugliest politically correct societies in the world.

Although the shooting of a crazy 68 year old with a Machete is said to be the reasons for the riots breaking out, the indications in the media is that there is now other reasons for the riots, like unemployment and "exclusion" from society. Basically that the government is not doing enough.

That is very different than what political analyst Sergei Mikheyev says:
“The policy of multiculturalism in Europe has failed. Immigrants are not integrating into the Western society; on the contrary, they do everything to lead a segregated lifestyle and establish closed communities with their own rules. They use the material luxuries that the Western countries provide, but they want to live according to their own laws and beliefs.”
Let’s put these recent developments in some perspective. Around 1993/1994, just a couple of years after the artificially pumped up housing bubble burst, resulting in a severe credit crunch and reformation of the Swedish economy (resulting in more control and regulation, making it even more difficult for the small business owners), unemployment was the highest the country had seen in a very long time. A lot of people got fired and many young Swedes never got into the job market. In those "good old days" you did not see Swedish youth out on the street rioting, toasting cars or throwing rocks ...just because times were tough. It’s a different Sweden today. Patience, modesty and humility are nowhere to be found in Sweden, it’s a thing of the past.

After more then half of a century of social democratic dictatorial control there is just so much you can do to recover economically with the growing problem of an out of control entitlement society. But somehow, Sweden managed to get back on it’s feet somewhat after the crash of the 90’s. Despite the latest economic problems plaguing the world, Sweden has not been affected as much as some other countries (Greece, Spain and Cyprus) but enough to encounter difficulties. Will the country be able to get back in its feet again? Probably not. The difference is that it’s a totally different country today. It’s been successfully divided and consequently conquered by the globalists and their dream of world government and mono-culture (what they call multi-culture or multiculturalism).

Will there be more of this? It think we can put it this way: "You ain’t seen nothing yet!"

Police in Stockholm were prepared for a third consecutive night of rioting by youths in a northwestern suburb as the disorder reopened the debate about how well immigrants are integrated in Sweden.

Seven youths were arrested overnight from Monday to Tuesday after cars were set alight and riot police were involved in running clashes in Husby, a suburb with a high level of immigrants, predominantly Muslims.

“It is very similar to what we have seen in London or Paris but not yet on that scale. But it is a sign of a similar problem; it is a sign of failing integration,” said Per Adman, associate professor at Uppsala University.
Sweden attracts one of the highest numbers of immigrants in the EU compared with the size of its population. That has led to a fierce debate about their integration, especially as youth unemployment is particularly high among immigrants.

The rioting was apparently sparked after police last weekend killed a 69-year-old man accused of brandishing a machete. Around 100 people have been involved in clashes with the police on both Sunday and Monday nights. On Monday night, cars were torched in Fittja, a southern suburb of Stockholm, and stones were thrown at metro trains, although police said they were not linking the disturbances.

Stockholm police said they were calling in extra help for Tuesday night in Husby after saying criminals from outside the area had been stoking the trouble. In turn, Megafonen, a local youth organisation, has accused the police of using racial slurs and argued the riots were a reaction to police brutality.

Swedish politicians reacted to the disorder in a nuanced manner on Tuesday. “The core of this is a group of young, angry men who think by force they can change society,” said Fredrik Reinfeldt, prime minister. “Let us be very clear: this is not OK. The use of violence is not a way to express freedom of speech in Sweden.”

Stefan Löfven, leader of the opposition Social Democrats, who are ahead in the polls before next year’s parliamentary elections, said: “We must be clear and tough on crime and show it is not acceptable. But we also need to have a discussion on the causes of crime, and I’m talking primarily about long-term unemployment.”

Sweden’s reputation for equality and tolerance has been tested by a series of incidents in recent years, including a number of racially motivated killings in the southern city of Malmö.

Experts say that while the Nordic country successfully integrated its immigrants in the 1960s and 1970s it has struggled to do so in the past decade, with many blaming a lack of jobs for low-skilled workers. Youth unemployment was 25.1 per cent in March, above the EU average, even as the overall rate was 8.4 per cent and below the average.
Racial tensions have led to the rise of the Sweden Democrats, an anti-immigrant group that is now the third-largest political party in the country.
